Scope: Precision CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis machining of small- to large-size metallic and plastic components for aerospace, medical, defense, and other industrial applications.
Where specialized processing is required, FMW utilizes approved and monitored sub-contractors for processes such as heat treating, anodizing, HVOF, laser cladding, and other functional or protective coatings. Customer requirements are flowed down to sub-tier suppliers, and FMW maintains full traceability and oversight of sub-contracted processes to ensure conformity with contractual and quality requirements.
